How Long Does It Take To Receive Custom Sportswear For Schools

One of the most frequent questions we are asked by school business managers when they order custom sports uniforms is “how long will it take until our teamwear will arrive?” The answer to this question is explained below.

How Long After We Order Will Our Teamwear Arrive?

Our production lead times for any custom designs is up to six weeks. So we communicate to our clients to account for this. The delivery time is usually less, once artwork, size break down and the production deposit has been received. Allowing up to six weeks is encouraged.

We do also offer a VIP Service for those wanting orders delivered within 4 weeks. There is an additional change and it depends on availability at our manufacturing facility. The VIP service fills up quickly, so we don’t want clients to think it is always available. Better to be prepared early!

Are there times of year when the ordering is more and maybe affects delivery time? 

Yes there is. The facility where we make our custom sportswear is located in China. It is owned and operated by us, but during Chinese New Year, there are many circumstances out of our control. We always need to allow a further two weeks to the timeframe, because of China’s national holiday during this time. Chinese New Year starts at different dates in the second half of January / first half of February each year. Depending on the moon cycle.

Does the size of the order affect delivery times?

No, the size of your order will not affect our delivery schedule. We have the capability to create small or large orders efficiently.

Should I Order For All Sports At Once?

While it can be efficient in regards to managing your time to order for multiple sports, for our team there is not a lot of difference. When you make your order, once all artwork and sizing details are clear, they will be delivered with six weeks. Many schools will complete the order of each sport separately, as trying to make all in one big order can be overwhelming for them (not us, we are equipped to handle this).
